Our Clients

The return on investment from consultancy for many of our clients is not just the operational efficiency, but also avoiding costly procurement errors and oversights. Where equipment and/or systems procurement is necessary, all requirements are fully specified so that you know what you are buying, and the supplier knows what they are selling.

All the clients of Warehouse Focus range from small pure-play e-commerce companies to large omni-channel multinationals, 3PLs, equipment suppliers, property developers and consultancies seeking detailed design packages. Facility designs have started at 500 sq/m manual layouts and micro-fulfilment centres to large omni-channel automated solutions. The clients of Warehouse Focus come from a wide spectrum of industries.

All the clients of Warehouse Focus however have a common objective which is to transition from the status-quo to an optimised intra-logistic operation. The aim is to minimise waste in task effort and materials. All projects undertaken thus far have ventured beyond just the physical infrastructure.

Central to the success of Warehouse Focus is the design of the core operational logic and workflows that will allow the client to grow. In other words, ensuring that the Distribution Centre no longer poses as the growth constraint.

Regardless of the size of your operation, Warehouse Focus is ready to provide assistance. We refrain from guessing or assuming; instead, we develop solutions through thorough investigation.

To uphold project confidentiality, Warehouse Focus refrains from publicly disclosing a client list. Specific references are available upon enquiry, emphasising our commitment to client privacy.
